Refunds and delivery problems

The final policy must match the selected checkout provider's actual rules and applicable consumer law. It must not claim that all digital products are categorically non-refundable.

Operational baseline

  • Duplicate charge, failed delivery, corrupted files, or materially inaccessible formats: investigate promptly.
  • Content disagreement alone does not automatically establish a defect, but material misdescription or a serious unresolved technical error may justify a remedy.
  • Platform-confirmed refunds should follow the provider's access and reporting process.

Security reports

Good-faith technical error reports are welcome and are handled separately from refund eligibility.
