Refunds and delivery problems

This policy applies to Readude public sales and remains subject to Dodo Payments' actual process and applicable consumer law. It does not claim that digital products are categorically non-refundable.

Operational baseline

• Duplicate charge, failed delivery, corrupted files, or materially inaccessible formats: contact support for prompt investigation.
• Content disagreement alone does not automatically establish a defect, but material misdescription or a serious unresolved technical error may justify a remedy.
• After a refund is confirmed by the platform, Readude may manually revoke the related download entitlement. Dodo has stated that a refund does not revoke access automatically.

No Live refund or manual Revoke was executed during pre-launch validation.

Security reports

Good-faith technical error reports are welcome and are handled separately from refund eligibility.
