Readude website

Readude does not add a site-managed analytics service, marketing pixel, or checkout cookie in this release. Cloudflare hosts the site and may process security, delivery, and owner-enabled aggregate real-user performance data under its platform services. Selecting checkout opens Dodo Payments, which processes payment, order, and delivery information under its own policies.

Paid purchase support

Readude may use Dodo order status and support contact details to verify an active purchase and provide a material correction. Readude does not maintain a separate customer database for routine updates, and automatic or lifetime updates are not promised.

Prior Beta application and selection purpose

The Beta application is closed. Readude used the submitted display name, email, optional public profile, relevant background and experience, language/format/device preferences, chapter tracks, availability, feedback strengths, and referral source to evaluate focused-track fit, balance cohort coverage, contact applicants about that application, and operate the invite-only Beta.

Application/privacy consent and permission for Beta contact were recorded separately from optional quote/testimonial permission. An application did not create marketing consent. Quote permission remains valid only until withdrawal, after which Readude stops future use.

Retention

The current Beta feedback target is August 17, 2026. Unaccepted applications are deleted or anonymized no later than November 15, 2026 (90 days later). Necessary accepted-reader contact and operating records may be retained through August 17, 2027 (up to 12 months after the feedback target), then contact data is deleted or anonymized. Anonymous aggregate statistics may be retained without a fixed deletion date.

This is Readude's internal operating policy, not a claim that one schedule satisfies every legal requirement. A provider may retain limited security, fraud-prevention, backup, or legal records under its own obligations, so a deletion request may not erase every provider record immediately.

UTM parameters

During recruitment, the website forwarded only utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content from the page URL to Zoho Forms. Readude did not store them in a cookie or browser storage in this flow. Zoho may retain them with prior responses for aggregate campaign attribution.

Access, correction, withdrawal, and deletion

Contact [email protected] to ask for access or correction, withdraw an application or contact/quote permission, or request deletion. Withdrawal ends future selection/contact or quote use associated with that permission.

Provider and cross-border processing

Cloudflare and Zoho may process prior data across borders in locations and through subprocessors described by their own service and privacy terms. Readude does not add a custom applicant database.
