• Dodo provider verification and a controlled Live payment/delivery check passed. Manual Revoke and the no-reissue limitation are documented under the approved snapshot policy; no Live refund or Revoke was executed.
• Actual payout, device QA, Beta, and R2 remain incomplete; public sales remain disabled until R2 is signed.
